I Pray

I kneel by my bed and close my eyes,  As I begin to pray.

I Pray for friends and family who live Close or far away.

I thank the Lord Jesus for dying  For our sins.

With Him in our lives, Everybody wins.

Today I pray This will be a beautiful day.

Amen.

On March 24, 1997 approximately 4:30PM Angela decided to hang herself in our garage.  She left her twin sister's (then 5 years old) taking a nap, to wake and never see her alive again.  I have wished so many times for this event to have never happened, and for it all to have been a very bad dream.

Please take a few minutes to make yourself aware of this "Silent Killer".  Please do not get caught up in "this will never happen to me" syndrome.  Suicide is a very big problem, and the statistics are staggering.  In Colorado alone we are above the national average for completed suicides.  I never knew this before losing my first born child to this.

Here are a couple of links to sites that surround this issue.

You came to me from up above.                     God sent me an Angel, a daughter to Love.

Small and fragile, precious and meek.               I prayed for you, you were mine to keep.

You made me laugh, and you Loved me so.      I will never understand why you had to go.

In time my daughter, we'll be together again.   For this is Gods Promise to us and all men.

I Love you Angela, with all my heart.               Now and forever we will never be apart.

                                   Love  Mom
